SideWorkTT / TERMS OF SERVICE

The ground rules.
Plainly stated.

These Terms govern SideWorkTT accounts, marketplace activity, bookings, provider services, payments, content, and conduct.

Effective October 8, 2026Version 2026-10-08-v2

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of SideWorkTT. By creating an account, booking or providing a service, or otherwise using SideWorkTT, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Information supplied to SideWorkTT must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account. Tell SideWorkTT support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Marketplace role

SideWorkTT is a marketplace that helps customers discover and book independent service providers. Unless SideWorkTT expressly states otherwise, providers are not employees, agents, or representatives of SideWorkTT. Providers are responsible for their services, qualifications, licences, taxes, insurance, safety practices, pricing, and compliance with applicable law.

4. Provider verification and listings

Providers must complete required identity verification and may be asked for additional information. Passing identity verification does not guarantee service quality, qualifications, or safety. SideWorkTT may review, reject, hide, or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform standards.

5. Bookings, changes, and cancellations

A booking becomes confirmed when the required provider acceptance and payment steps are complete. Customers and providers must keep booking details accurate and communicate material changes through SideWorkTT. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, refund, and dispute rules shown during checkout or on the booking apply in addition to these Terms.

6. Payments and provider balances

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. SideWorkTT does not store full card numbers or security codes. You authorize the applicable charge, platform fee, refund, reversal, or adjustment shown for the transaction. Provider balances shown in SideWorkTT are records of amounts processed and may remain pending until a job is completed, fraud checks finish, and any holding period expires. Payout availability is subject to payment-provider onboarding, disputes, chargebacks, reserves, and applicable law.

7. Fees, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks

Applicable service prices, platform fees, taxes, and payment-processing charges will be shown before payment. Providers are responsible for their own tax obligations unless the law requires otherwise. Refund decisions consider the booking status, cancellation policy, evidence supplied, and payment-provider rules. Filing a chargeback does not automatically resolve the underlying service dispute.

8. Conduct and safety

You may not use SideWorkTT for fraud, harassment, discrimination, unsafe or unlawful services, payment circumvention, account impersonation, malicious code, scraping, or interference with another user. Keep communication and payment on-platform when SideWorkTT requires it. Users are responsible for exercising reasonable care when meeting or performing services.

9. Reviews and user content

Content you submit must be truthful, relevant, lawful, and free of threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, impersonation, scams, spam, and infringement. You retain ownership of your content but grant SideWorkTT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and format it for operating and promoting the marketplace. Use the in-app report and block controls for objectionable content or abusive users. SideWorkTT may filter, review, hide, or remove content and may restrict accounts while reports are investigated.

10. Suspension and termination

SideWorkTT may restrict, suspend, or close an account, hold a transaction for review, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or disputes, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using SideWorkTT at any time, but outstanding bookings, payments, disputes, and legal obligations survive account closure.

11. Service availability and disclaimers

SideWorkTT is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SideWorkTT does not guarantee uninterrupted access, the availability of a particular provider, or the quality, legality, safety, or outcome of an independent provider's service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideWorkTT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss caused by an independent provider or customer. Any aggregate liability of SideWorkTT arising from a transaction will not exceed the platform fees paid to SideWorkTT for that transaction, except where applicable law requires a different result.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Before starting formal proceedings, contact SideWorkTT support and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Courts with jurisdiction in Trinidad and Tobago will hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

14. Changes and contact

SideWorkTT may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email and may require renewed acceptance. Contact SideWorkTT through Help and Contact in the app or at support-sideworktt@cybertwinsdigital.com for questions, notices, or complaints.
