Delete your account.

You can permanently delete a SideWorkTT account in the app or submit a verified deletion request here without reinstalling or reopening SideWorkTT.

EXTERNAL REQUEST

Verify your account email

Enter the email associated with your SideWorkTT account. We will send a secure, one-time verification link. For privacy, the response is the same whether or not an eligible account exists.

Delete inside SideWorkTT

Open your profile menu.
Select Settings.
Under Delete account, select Delete.
Confirm permanent deletion.

What happens next

After you verify your email and confirm deletion, SideWorkTT will normally delete the account immediately. If an unresolved transaction, dispute, legal obligation, or identity-verification concern requires additional review, the request will be recorded for restricted retention review instead.

Data deleted with the account

Deletion covers the authentication account and associated personal data held by SideWorkTT, including profile information, service listings, booking and conversation data, reviews, uploaded profile or service media, and provider identity files, subject to the limited retention described below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Limited data retention

SideWorkTT may retain only information needed for an unresolved booking or dispute, fraud and security prevention, accounting, tax, payment, chargeback, or another legal obligation. Retained information is restricted to the necessary records and removed when the applicable purpose or required period ends. Account deactivation or suspension is not used as a substitute for deletion.
