This notice explains the personal information SideWorkTT processes, why it is needed, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.
Who this notice covers
This Privacy Notice explains how Cyber Twins Digital Solutions handles personal information when you use SideWorkTT as a customer, service provider, website visitor, or support contact. SideWorkTT is designed for users who are at least 18 years old.
Information SideWorkTT collects
SideWorkTT may collect account and profile details; business and service-listing information; booking details; messages, attachments, reviews, reports, and support requests; approximate or precise location when you permit it; device, session, and security information; payment references and transaction status; and records needed to prevent fraud and operate the service.
Photos, camera, location, and identity checks
With your permission, SideWorkTT may access your camera, photo library, or location for profile and service images, message attachments, identity verification, maps, nearby-service discovery, and provider service areas. Providers may be asked to complete government-ID and facial verification through the disclosed verification provider. Identity documents, facial images, and biometric verification results are not displayed publicly. Device permissions can be changed in your operating-system settings.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, display profiles and listings, match customers and providers, process and administer bookings and payments, support messaging and reviews, verify providers, prevent abuse and fraud, respond to support requests, improve reliability, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
Information is shared only as needed with the other party to a booking and with contracted providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, identity verification, payment processing, security, and communications. These may include Supabase for SideWorkTT backend services, the identity-verification provider presented during verification, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and the payment provider shown during checkout. Information may also be shared with professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor to the business. SideWorkTT does not sell personal information.
Payments
Full card numbers and card security codes are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by SideWorkTT. SideWorkTT may retain payment references, masked payment details, amounts, booking links, refund or dispute status, and accounting records needed to administer transactions and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Active-account information is retained while needed to provide SideWorkTT. After account deletion, personal data is deleted or de-identified unless it must be retained for an unresolved booking or dispute, fraud and security prevention, accounting, tax, payment, chargeback, or another legal obligation. Any retained data is limited to what is necessary, access-restricted, and deleted when the applicable purpose or required period ends.
Security and international processing
SideWorkTT uses access controls, row-level database policies, encrypted transport, restricted storage, and operational safeguards intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information outside Trinidad and Tobago, subject to their contractual and technical protections and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile information and settings in the app, control device permissions, and request access, correction, or deletion. SideWorkTT may verify your identity before acting on a request. You may delete your account in SideWorkTT under Profile menu, Settings, Delete account, or use the external account-deletion page if you cannot access the app.
Changes and contact
